Jana Caudill, Broker/Owner

Jana has been a Star Power STAR since 2002, an elite group of top performing agents in the industry with a servant-heart. In 2006, she was featured as the MREA Role Model Agent Video and ranked #3 in closed volume and #1 in units sold out of 77,000+ agents. Jana earned her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. Her past work experiences coupled with her education, helped develop her excellent organizational, communication, creative marketing and negotiating skills. Kimberly Genovese, Listing Specialist/Director of Luxury Home Division
Kimberly is a full time licensed broker and brings a multitude of experience to The Jana Caudill Team. She is one of our talented Listing Specialists on the Team , as well as the Director of The Jana Caudill Team’s Luxury Home Division listings. Kimberly has over 25 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate law firm, as well as 5 years in Title Insurance and Real Estate sales. Her education and vast work experience are coupled with her strong character, high integrity and positive mindset. You will find her to be energetic, extremely focused and intentional, and going above and beyond to excel in exceeding our seller’s expectations. Kimberly is a crucial part of our company’s Productivity Coaching program and loves helping others and empowering them to succeed.
John Youker, Listing Specialist/Short Sale Specialist
John Youker brings over 10 years real estate experience to the team. Licensed first in Ohio in 1999, and a broker in 2001, John has built and ran a full service residential and light commercial real estate team. Areas of expertise include new construction and residential development, real estate investing, and pre-existing home sales. John has also focused the past four years on distressed properties, short sales, and bank owned REO homes. John is a master listing agent and listed and sold between 50 - 100 homes per year on his team. In 2008, John moved to Chicago and took over leading an entire Keller Williams Realty office with a team of over 50 agents, consulting the agents in his office and all over Chicago how to list homes in a shifted market and economy and how to handle the distressed property market - including short sales and bank owned properties - which is a large part of our market today. John has written an eBook on short sales which has been distributed nationally and is the basis for short sale training in many offices of the country. John has previously been elected to a director position on his Board of Realtors Board of Directors and chaired several committees, including board membership, education, technology, and the distressed property education task force. Chandra Pallikan,Team/Closing Manager
Every top producing team needs a Chandra! Chandra is a licensed Realtor, Team Director and Closing Manager for The Jana Caudill Team. She brings over 14 years of real estate experience to her integral position, leading all aspects of office operations and management, ensuring that the team’s high standards & expectations are continually met. Chandra provides full time maintenance and closing management to The Jana Caudill Team’s accepted contracts for both buyers and sellers. She is crucial in the daily operations of providing value-added service and maintaining constant communication. Chandra will oversee and coordinate all the activities associated with your closing, keeping you informed as you move through the process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will thoroughly enjoy her pleasant and uplifting personality. Chandra is VERY good at what she does and has helped facilitate more than 1700+ families or investors successfully close their real estate transaction. That’s a lot of closings!
Jennifer Bottiger, Listing Manager
Jennifer is our Listing Manager Queen! She’s the ever so important full time Listing Manager for the entire listing inventory of The Jana Caudill Team. She brings over 15+ years of organizational and customer service from the banking, insurance and real estate industries. Her primary responsibility is providing maintenance, service, and consistent communication to all of our sellers from the time the initial seller profile interview is complete, to placing the home on the market, to the time you receive an accepted offer! She works simultaneously and closely with all of our team listing specialists to insure you have the best listing experience possible. Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge, communicates and articulates well to our clients, and people are always pleased with her “it’s my pleasure attitude”. Jennifer is one of the many reasons we receive repeat and referral business year after year.
Kathy Pillar, Buyer Specialist
Kathy is a full time licensed realtor and seasoned Buyer Specialist on The Jana Caudill Team. Kathy has mastered the art of helping first time home buyers or a move up property. She moved to Indiana from Illinois in 1999, and serves as an officer at the Hobart Elks Lodge #1152, where she volunteers her time in order to raise money for veterans, cancer research and scholarships. She is also very active in the Special Olympics, of which her son is an athlete in many events. Kathy is REAL. She has an unbelievable heart and innate ability to understand and connect with her clients at a high level. She also enjoys the art of helping real estate investors with investment properties.
Brenda Tovsen, Buyer Specialist
Brenda is full time licensed realtor and Lead Buyer Specialist on The Jana Caudill Team. Brenda’s work ethic, drive, and attention to detail are like no other. Her business management background, former teacher, and bank officer experience add additional value when working with clients. Her continuous involvement in a local school’s television station, newspaper and academic coaching have kept her in touch with today’s generation and the many aspects of media, team work and collaboration. She is a member of the CrossRoads Chamber and is a past Athena Award nominee. Her devotion and dedication to all is attributed to her relationships with her loving husband and daughter. Born and raised in Lake County (Kalmar), Brenda is a pleasure to work with, professional, and most importantly-- extremely talented at what she does!
