- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 red onion, sliced thin
- 1 pint of blueberries
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- Salt + Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mix together mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. In the same bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and serve immediately. To ahead of time, combine all ingredients aside from bacon and almonds to add upon serving.
