Introducing Linzie Sawyer, a versatile and driven professional with a diverse background in real estate. Having started their journey in Iowa, Linzie graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Exercise Science, where they also showcased their spirit as a cheerleader.

In 2006, she embarked on a new chapter and relocated to the vibrant city of Las Vegas. Linzie began her career as a personal trainer, utilizing her knowledge and passion for fitness to help others achieve their wellness goals. During her time in Las Vegas, Linzie also had the opportunity to work as a Wellness Coach for the esteemed MGM Corporation, further expanding her expertise in the service industry.

Inspired by an all-woman’s real estate team in Las Vegas, she developed a keen interest in the administrative side of the real estate business and after obtaining her real estate license, she simultaneously began building a diverse investment portfolio. Her experience and understanding of the industry from multiple angles make them a valuable asset to any real estate team.

Becoming a mom shaped her perspective and strengthened her ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide exceptional service to clients during the busiest of times. When the decision was made to relocate back to the Midwest, she brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise to serve as the Transaction & Listing Manager for both our SW Florida and NW Indiana teams. Her dedication to delivering outstanding results, combined with their genuine passion for helping others, makes her an invaluable partner for anyone navigating the real estate process.
