Morgen K.

I am 10 years old and swim for the Crown Point Swim Club. I went to The Jana Caudill Team’s office to ask if they would sponsor me in my upcoming swim-a- thon. I had never been to their office or met Mrs. Jana. And even though I am young and was not there to buy or sell a house, they were so friendly and took time to learn about my swim club and my passion for swimming. In addition to their very generous financial contribution, Mrs. Jana shared many encouraging words about the importance of “asking for what you want”. She shared some people will say “no”, some will say “yes”, but if you don’t ask the answer is always “no”! It’s not easy hearing the “no’s” but Mrs. Jana’s encouraging words remind me to be brave and keep asking!
