I had a great experience working with Jan at the Jana Caudill team. She was attentive and professional. I work night shift, so it can be difficult to take care of certain tasks during daytime bank hours, but Jan was so helpful and respectful of my sleep schedule. I loved being able to text her and set up appointments immediately. I had a poor experience with a different company and during the transition to Jana Caudill, Jan was amazing. She worked with the old company so I did not have to contact them again. We moved forward and I found the perfect home. She gave me great advice and I was able to put in an offer and have it accepted with in two days of the house being listed. She is a go-getter. Also, I would like to say how well the team works together. Jan was out of town on a convention, but it was easy enough to work with other team members when I wanted to view a home. They even provide a free rental truck if you book far enough in advance which is such a huge relief on expenses especially after paying closing costs. The office is newly renovated, clean, and modern. The front desk employee was very kind as well. One last thing – Jan donated a portion of her commission to a charity of my choice. I chose a nearby Parkinson’s foundation and my heart was fuller knowing my home purchase made a small difference. In conclusion, choose this company. I never had the “home buying stress” when working with my realtor. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jan and team!!
